Issue with downloading account

Try move your gamerprofile from your USB stick to your main storage device (HDD).

I think someone else also encountered an issue like this where there gamertag was associated with 2 different Windows Live ID's, you'd need to contact phone support so they can escalate the issue for you and resolve it.

Edit: Thread here. Their problem was resolved by speaking with phone support and they were able to escalate and fix the problem for him. I hope
they can also do the same for you.

The status code means that your Windows Live ID is valid, but it is not associated with a LIVE account. Despite the tag change It might well be that both your gamertags (Darth RC and Imphravize) is associated with the same WLID.

You may want to contact Xbox LIVE support but before you do that. Try downloading your profile to a different memory device, for example a USB device configured for use with Xbox 360 console? Here's
some information about USB storage device support and how to configure a USB for use with your Xbox 360:
http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/accessories/usb-flash-drive. If you can successfully download your profile to a different storage device go ahead and delete your gamer profile
(delete profile only) on your main storage device (HDD).
