Issue with digital code purchased of Amazon

Can't remember the exact date. I purchased a digital code on Amazon.

You could purchase a code digitally from somewhere like Amazon and email them the code

Did you purchase the physical version of Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition, or did you purchase a pre-order digital code? If you pre-ordered the digital version through Amazon, the code will deliver 7-10 days after
redeeming the code on your Xbox Live account, not 7-10 days after making the purchase through Amazon.

If you purchased the disc version, hang tight as your code will be inside the package of the game.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Since you pre-ordered a physical copy of Ace Combat 7 from Amazon, you would not receive a digital code for redemption via your Xbox as that is only for digital purchases. You should receive the
code from Amazon either in the physical contents themselves, or by email. If you have yet to receive that code from Amazon, then you'll need to get in contact with their support team to have that looked into.
