Issue with custom background in NXOE update- requesting preview forum access.

My Xbox received the NXOE update yesterday, and now the background is solid gray and can't be changed. Additionally, the system no longer shows up as a potential source in my iOS YouTube app. I was told to post here to request access to the preview forum
so I can request support. Can anyone assist?

Update Preview Forums. Any further issues with NXOE, you will want to check out those forums for known issues. Thanks for understanding!

Cannot access the Preview Group

I can't access the preview group even though I'm a preview customer. I cannot play my Black Ops 2 on my One as well, even though I got the NXOE update today and see my friends playing it on the One.

Hi Davenov41,

the support team that monitor this forum will be able to get your forum access sorted as soon as they spot this thread and verify you are a preview member.

Just keep an eye on this thread as they will post here once they have sorted the access out.

I had a quick look in the preview forums and the background issue has already been spotted and they are working on a fix. Once your access is sorted you can click HERE to view the thread about it.

Thank you for the reply Zeus. Fingers crossed for an update. I opted in to the preview program from day one but haven't made much use of the dashboard to be honest. When the customer facing NXOE goes live, will I as a preview member receive the GM version
or do I remain on preview? Thanks again for your insight, and props for a clever gamertag.
