    I need help please

    Tried to play online and suddenly my controller became unsynced with the flashing xbox button tried to resync but it would not connect to xbox had to unplug xbox and replug finally the controller sync but then tried to play online and did the same thing
    I tried to connect USB, nothing tried another controller nothing so I gave up on playing online and tried to watch a movie...when I put the blu ray in it would not auto play...tried to hit the eject button and well wouldn't eject...had to unplug everything
    again replug and got it to play the bluray but now my controller is connected but won't let me pull up the menu to skip scene fast forward ect. Can't even hold the xbox button to turn off the xbox!! So again I just unplugged everything and is typing this out
    and going to bed, if anyone has ever experienced this and or know what is going on or how to fix it would appreciate some feedback

    I also do not have any other devices that would interfere with anything and everything worked just fine few hrs ago the only thing that I did different this time was plugging headset into the controller...I did remove the headset during the attempt to fix
    my issue but it still doesn't work sorry for the long read and any typos thx again for any insight on this issue!!

    Need help. My xbox one won't stop scrolling to the right.

    My default controller with the OG Xbox One did this too. First I called to report the issue then I returned it to a Microsoft store and they switched it.

    Used 3 different controllers since then with no issues.

    Issue with controller and xbox

    Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

    perhaps smacking your controllers on anything when in a rage isn't to good for them...and idk how your xbox would be affected by you doing that to your controllers

    ower cycling your console by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds.

    Retry afterwards .
