    So I recently got the game pass for Sea of Thieves because it was a good deal and I can't play it because I get an error that tells me I can't play due to my privacy and online safety settings. I have gone through many many tech support people and I have
    not been able to find a solution because I made a family on Microsoft and Xbox and all my restrictions are already set to nothing. Every tech support says the same, set up a family with an adult account and set restrictions to nothing. That never works and
    so they tell me to uninstall and reinstall. I have also had this issue with Minecraft dungeons so it is not just Sea of Thieves. I hope someone can come up with a solution to my problem.

    I'm having the same issue, we have never set up any controls via Netflix app or Xbox and it's giving me a restricted viewing message and lists a web site but the link is broken? I'm not even trying to watch anything crazy, friends is tv-14 and its being

    Do you have any other accounts on your Xbox? Also, do you have a Kinect and does the other account automatically sign in? I usually get this issue when my wife is signed in by the Kinect and only sometimes. It seems pretty random. I do know that it has to
    be her being signed in but I don't know why. She has an adult account (obviously).

    The only fix I have found is resetting the console and making sure no gets signed in before we open Netflix again.

    blackops for torture and violence etc every country has different laws on what can be in a game so the restricted games are localized to make sure the content matched the content laws per country
