  1. Issue with connection of my wireless controller

I have an issue with my xbox controller, the sound on my side starts to "explode" as well as on the side of whoever is hearing me a the time, it also sometimes it disconnect itself as if I had turned off the controller but it is still on so I need to "reconnect"
the controller to keep playing, at first I thought that it was just a problem with my headset or my controller, but the problem is still showing even after I have already changed both of them, is it a problem with the console or the adapter on the controller?

    :)

    left stick drift

When I connect a wireless controller, the left analog stick is stuck in down position. This is brand new controller, and have had other controllers do the same . But if I connect these controllers with a cable they work fine. Does anyone know
of a way to make it where I can use wireless controllers with my system, so my family can play games with me again
Are you connecting these wireless controllers via Bluetooth, or using the Xbox Wireless Adapter?

If the controllers are working fine when connecting via wire, then it sounds like the controllers themselves are fine, and it's possibly a driver issue, or a wireless connection issue.

xbox one s 컨트롤러 [Edit - Translation] - xbox one s controller

    Hello Darkenvoy,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. You can go to Device Support. What is exactly the issue with your controller? The controller should be able to connect Via USB cable or wireless. Try this troubleshooting out see if it helps.

    Thanks,

I do not have a wired connection

    I become a wireless connection

Normal products can be connected in both ways

    I am not.

And I want to make a wired connection, not a wireless connection.

I went to the link you gave me.

Just because you have a wireless connection

    The service was terminated.

    I will talk again.

My product is broken there is a wired connection

It is only a wireless connection

    OK?

    controller range question

Xbox One controllers are designed to operate within 30 feet (9.1 m) of the console. If the controller has it impossible to connect another wireless device (such as a laptop, cordless phone, or wireless router) is interfering with the wireless controller's
connection to the console. Also no obtrusion should be between the controller and the console.

A wired connection at the distance you are proposing although may work in theory I find it not practical. The long connecting cable will cause more issues that will solve this situation in my opinion. It will be better if you get a direct connection of the
    controller.

Xbox controller randomly disconnecting - reconneting with Xbox Wireless Adapter

I will try unpair/forget the controllers and connect to a different USB port.

My main concern is that while my "black" controller gets disconnected, the "white" controller still behaves properly.

Also, aren't there two different hardware components responsible for classic Bluetooth connections and Wireless Adapter connections within a Xbox controller? In other words, is it possible that the Xbox controller does not have hardware issue with "classic" bluetooth connections but only Wireless Adapter connections?

    Thank you.

    Xbox360 Controller on Windows 10

Wired controllers should work without issue.

For wireless controller you will need the Wireless Gaming Receiver which connects to the PC via USB and then you connect the controller to the Receiver wirelessly.

There should be no issues with either of these controllers working with Windows 10.

If you match the above criteria, what is the issue you are seeing?
