issue with code from live stream.

i'm having an issue where i got a code from the gears of war 4 live show i had an issue with it then and i contacted the support team they resolved the issue and i was able to play it for a week but now it says i don't own the game have contacted support
they tried everything they could to help but nothing worked and then gave me the link for here to hopefully get this issue resolved once again hope someone can please shed some light on what has happened.

Halo 5 VoW Mixpot

I have watched the finals live stream on Mixer with my xbox account linked and still haven't received a message from Xbox Live with the code nor seen it appear on my Order history.

Might be A Dumb Question But......

Yuppp, just sitting here waiting for my email code while viewing some twitch live streams from tmartn and several gamers TWITCHING from New Zealand.

sorry to hear it. unfortunately there's nothing anyone here can do to help with this. if the game says you don't own it then that suggests a licensing issue.

I would suggest trying a power cycle of the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps.

I did have a similar issue with Halo 5 though and deleting then reinstalling the game fixed it.

 Unfortunately for now, the Project Xcloud in the Xbox Streaming Preview App it's not avaible in all countries, and this can be the issue. But if you want to stream from you Xbox to your cellphone they need to be connected in the
 same network.

Error Code 1000 and other issues with streaming being interrupted are a different issue than Xbox Fitness not loading. Insufficient capacity fort streaming on peak times is more suited for the streaming issues than this topic.

brain: Can you clarify if you are being disconnected entirely from LIVE or you are connected but having issues downloading/streaming.
