    Hi,

    I can't capture any clips at the moment on my Xbox .I have tried the troubleshooting and it worked up until the last few days where I couldn't clip but I could take screenshots. Is this to do with my storage and how do I prevent it

    Hi there!

    Is the account you are posting with the account that is having the issue? When you checked your profile on Xbox.com we are not seeing any content what so ever.

    If this is not the account then please post back on this thread with the account that took the captures.

    If it is the account can you send us a video of what happens when you try and record a clip?

    Post back and let us know!

    I would double check your available storage. They have also had an error that has occurred once in awhile that makes it so your system cannot record clips.
