Issue with billing - Live chat not working

Hi,

I have been billed twice for XBL on 11th June, seeing this as unpaid for 2 months you have cancelled my subscription. I have tried contacting via live chat but it never works. Please can someone assist.

Preordered a Game and never got my money back

Unfortunately since that is a billing issue, you will need to continue working with phone or chat support. Forum support would not be able to assist with refunds.

Did you select xbox live or billing support during chat

?

You need to work with billing support I suggest phone support since the menu is easier and I'm not sure if you can specific billing in chat

Live agents won't know how to fix split billing that's a billing department issue and completely spleperate

What happens if you want to use the Live Chat? Have you set a Name over here: Sign in to your Microsoft account and is all your adress info correct? https://account.microsoft.com/billing/addresses#/

Clearing Cache / Cookies or trying a different browser might help aswell.

For your issue you can call Xbox Support if you follow that link: Customer Support , just make sure you have set the right
Region on the bottom left for xbox.com

They can help you to sort that out.

Aye everything is set fine, it just says 'Something went wrong' and shows a concerned face.

I may have to ring instead..

Unfortunately you will need to continue to work with phone/chat support on this billing related issue.

Chat got the issue fixed after another try. They canceled my subscription and gave me a one month code that worked for my account. They also made a note of whatever was causing my billing issues and what was keeping me from connecting to Live services.
