    Issue with being signed in on my Xbox


    Sporadically, on a whim, my Xbox will randomly sign me out. There's no problem with my account, my brother has the same issue sometimes, and it signs me out so much. This issue persists ever since I changed my Gamertag for the account.

    Hello SonicManiaCVA,

    Thanks for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are getting randomly signed out of your account. Is this issue occurring on an Xbox One or Xbox 360? Does an error message or error code appear when you test the network or multiplayer connections
    in the network settings? If you are using an Xbox One, we recommend
    power cycling the console     by holding down the power button on the console for ten seconds. Also, you can try

    removing and adding the account back to the console    . Be sure to let us know the results

    I had an issue with not being able to connect to my wireless network for a couple of days, but signing out and restarting my console fixed it.

    I would sign out and restart your console. If you're still having issues, give support a call at 1-800-4MY-XBOX.
