Issue while re-installing Minecraft, error 0x80073d05

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently facing game installation issues. But don't worry, the following troubleshooting steps will help fix the issue.

Step 1: Clear Mac address:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

Step 2: Close any running games:

To remove download constraints from games or apps being installed, you can either wait for the Xbox to suspend the running game, or you can force games to close by doing the following:

1. On the Home screen, navigate to your most recently run game.
   
2. With the game highlighted, press the Menu button and select Quit.
   

Step 3: Remove your account:

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm then re-add your account.

Step 4: check your console's network connection:

If the previous solutions didn't resolve the problem, see what your console’s download speed is in comparison with your subscription plan from your internet service provider (ISP). First, pause any running or queued downloads:

1. On the Home screen, open My games & apps > See all > Manage.
   
2. Select Queue and highlight any games or apps that are downloading or are queued to download.
   
3. Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Pause installation for each game or app that's downloading or queued.
   

Next, close any games that are running on your system:

1. On the Home screen, navigate to your most recently run game.
   
2. With the game highlighted, press the Menu button and select Quit.
   

Now, run a network speed test:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
   
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.
   
3. Select Test network connection.
   

Step 5: cancel the game or app installation and then reinstall:

If the steps above didn't resolve the problem, you should cancel the game installation:

1. On the Home screen, open My games & apps > See all > Manage.
   
2. Select Queue and highlight the game or app you're trying to download.
   
3. Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Cancel.
   

Step 6: Reset your console:

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account..

Step 7: Check the download speed:

1. Scroll to Installing… <the game title you're downloading>.
   
2. Go to My games & apps > Manage > Queue and note the download speed shown on the game or app that’s being installed. This indicates the current download speed. If you're seeing slow speeds (for example, less than 1 megabit per second), it may take a long time for the download to complete.
   

Step 8: Check your internet connection:

In case the issue still persists, please try connecting to a different network, or perhaps using a hotspot momentarily and then connecting to your home network once more.

I've been looking into this one and it is very strange as that code, on a PC, indicates a Store issue but not on the Xbox it seems

Also interesting that the code isn't even listed on the Xbox codes page...surely they must have come across it before!!

The upshot of this seems to be a full factory reset may be needed

I walked through every step of you tutorial and it did not resolve my issue.

Whatever is generating the error 0x80073D05 is not fixable at this point in time.

I cannot install the XBOX (beta) Installer. And today discovered I can't even install a game that I bought and paid for. Keep getting this error: "Something went wrong". What kind of error message is that...Not even the troubleshooter could find a fixable
error.

Well, while it was installing it threw some type of error and crashed the Minecraft launcher. I did not see the error, but I am sick of this.
