    Hi all!

    It is for a month that I couldn't get in to my Gold page. There is a message: "sorry, there was a problem opening this page. pleas try again in a moment."

    I am from Hungary, did anybody else meet this problem?

    NFL Fantasy Football App Wont Log In

    Anyone else have this issue? After I enter my information to log in to Fantasy Football (Page 9 of the NFL App, btw) It says, "Please wait while we log you in", with the 'loading circle' swirling. I let this continue off to the side yesterday for about
    an hour while watching football and it never logged in. I quit the app, tried again, no luck. Tried again today, same thing.

    Free gold for a month

    hi

    I got an email saying I could get free gold live this month. I just had to log on to the xbox web page to redeem. When I logged in all I got was the buy gold page.

    cannot set my home Xbox

    Still the same issue. I can use the Xbox Live Gold features while I'm logged in no problem, but I still can't set the Xbox as my home Xbox.

    Can't sign into xbox website.

    Switching browsers from Google Chrome to Microsoft Edge had no effect. The same goes for connecting to mobile data, however opening it through an incognito page at least directed me to a login page, but logging in led me back to the page I was without being logged in. It is almost like Microsoft hates me. This happens as I need to get access to the page while logged in to resolve issues with a purchased product not being given as per instructions given by the support team. I give up on Microsoft, money spent uselessly.

    Sorry to hear about your situation.



    But your Gamer Info shows that you are still Gold (otherwise, your GamerTag would be in grey/silver).



    Which page are you tying to access - what is the address? (Try:
    https://live.xbox.com/en-US/Subscriptions?workflow=ManageSubscription&SubscriptionTier=Gold    ) Or click on
    My Account at the upper right corner of this page while you are logged into your profile.



    Have you also tried to renew your Gold via the console through Account Management?

    Paid for Xbox live but not working

    It can take a while for a new membership to populate the account. However, the profile does not have to be deleted to correct this.

    Simply go to System Settings>Network Settings and run a connection test while the account is logged in. It will log the account out and when it logs back in it will show as Gold.
