Issue while creating a new account

When i'm Trying to create a new account at a certain point it asks me to insert the "I'm non a robot code" and everytime Afterlight i've inserted it i can't proceed wish the creation of the account because it takes me back to the profilo selection page so
basically I can't create a new account.

No error messages i feel like is sort of bug of the Xbox but even I turned it off and then on again the problem Was still there when i tried to create the account.

Are you trying to connect to XBL while signed into the account you currently use or are you creating a new account?

I've been doing some digging online for you about this error message and this came directly from a MSDN Blog
here. Going out on a limb and say that you want to try out #2 since it seems to be pertinent to you. There are also some
other solutions on the page from others but these are their official solutions.

1. If you are trying to turn an existing email into a Live ID then chances are that email already *is* a Live ID. If you don't remember the password for this Live ID anymore, you can either reset it (try http://windowslivehelp.com ...
   the current password reset page is here) or go create a new one.
   
2. If you are trying to create a new Live ID then you should go to Microsoft account instead.
   

 

Hi there,

please try it via inPrivate/Incognito browsing (IE,Edge,Firefox via Ctrl+Shift+P and for Chrome use Ctrl+Shift+N) and try again.

If that fails please try a different browser or even a dfferent device.

The problem occurs When I'm trying to' create the account directly from the Xbox one so i'm not using any browser.



As you see that's how I'm trying to' create the account but when I've inserted the "I'm not a robot" code i can't complete the process because it takes me back to this screen.
