Issue when buying online Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate

Hi All,

I've just bought online Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate edition in Xbox Store : I get an error code.

Then I saw that Xbox Live encounters at the moment some issues about buying games.

The amount of purchase is deducted from the account but my purchase is not displayed in my Microsoft account history.

Should I wait or should I contact Microsoft ?

On Wednesday the world got its first playable review of Forza Horizon 4 with the launch of the official game demo for Xbox One and Windows 10 PC. You can

download the Forza Horizon 4 Demo before the Early Access starts September 28 for the customers that

pre-ordered the Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition digital bundle.

It would be best to contact support to confirm the purchase.

Schedule a callback at our Xbox Support Contact Us Page

Also, confirm the purchase on the account through the console by accessing Settings.

From here select Account, and then find Payment and Billing.

Then select Order History.

Hello Khôi Forza horizon 4 is not currently released you can purchase as a pre-order right now but that is it for now. You can check on your
account history see if shows there I know you said you did but if purchased today sometimes takes a bit to show, or if you really want to know if it did go thru feel free to
contact us and someone can help you to see if it was indeed purchased on the account.
