Issue to start XBOX One X

When i shall start my XBOX One X the XBOX-symbol starts for about 5seconds and then turns black again. I've tried with a reset USB-stick without any difference. It has been on service (not Microsoft) and they checked the power supply unit and all other hardware they say but could not find anything to do to rectify the problem. They talked about that the issue came from when the consol wanted to update it self and I should start it outside my network but that did'nt help. No signal goes to the TV and the TV is all black.

Any suggestions how to proceed?

Nicklas, I'm sorry you're going through this situation, friend.

But from his report, the only process that can be done in this situation would be to trigger Microsoft's repair. This is apparently a hardware error.

Enter the link, register the console.

After, click on it, go to 'online service'. In the category put hardware and drivers and fill in the form with your data.

I have the same issue on my Xbox series X I hard reset the console and now its worse than before I reset it. I started up my Xbox one X and no issues with that when I started up a game.

Thank you for this; the issue is that the pair button on the Series X does not work most of the time. It just does not start the pairing process; I have multiple older Xboxs including the Xbox One X and the Xbox One Elite and neither had an issue pairing
the Elite 2.

I'm having the same issue on my Xbox one X, it started with Warzone crashing due to corrupt files. Then my other games started crashing

I've had issues since day one. Have been told the issue is widespread and any Microsoft store should replace console. I am torn apart because I want this awful dead system gone, but, i have a Scorpio and they won't replace them.
