    Hello there Issue to sign the Xbox Ambassadors Pledge :D

    I'm facing an issue to sign the Xbox Ambassadors Pledge.

    All the steps are OK but the last one returns an error message :

    "The Gamertag you entered does not match the Gamertag listed on your Xbox profile. Please check the accuracy and try again."

    I contacted the support and everything seems to be fine on my side. I should be able to apply. They also got an error message while trying but a different one.

    Is it a known issue ?

    Issue to sign the Xbox Ambassadors Pledge

    Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after your tag, type it in exactly as seen (ie. capitalization), try clearing your browser's cookies/cache, or try another browser. If none of that works, email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces)
    to contact Ambassador staff.

    Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after. Otherwise, if you can, check the very bottom of the site for a link to report a bug or email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff.
