    In The Avengers game, in-game cutscenes of computer screens are shown black, for PC XBOX Game Pass players only.

    A recent reddit forum topic on the subject shows the issue probably started with one of the game's recent updates:

    Hey LordWriter, how are you today? Hope you're well.

    LordWriter, some gamers reported this, indeed. Did you try any procedures on your end, already?

    If you didn't, there are some we could try, just to make sure it's the recent update that's causing it, indeed.

    So, let's try this, first, make sure your windows and all its services are up to date:

    Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

    Click Check for Updates;

    Click the Download and Install Now option, if available;

    Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services.

    Then try this:

    Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

    After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

    Then do the same for the Xbox app:

    Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

    After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

    Then, try to uninstall and install the Xbox app. :)

    If it still doesn't work you're going to uninstall the games services using a powershell command, then you're going to open the gamepass app, it will ask you to download and install the game services again :

    In the windows search bar type Powershell > Right click and select open as administrator > Type the command: "get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-Appxpackage –allusers" > Wait for the process to finish and then restart the PC, then open your Xbox gamepass app, it will ask you to install the gaming services again, install it and try again.

    If neither of those procedures works, try to restore your PC's OS via the ISO image tool, using that tool you will be able to maintain your installed games and files.

    Dying Light Ultimate Edition no DLC

    Having the same issue as Senshi Zero above. Bought the Ultimate Edition and only got base game with Be The Zombie. The Season Pass says manage but takes me to a black screen so I cannot uninstall it or install it. This effectively locks the DLC from being

    I just picked the game up on Sunday...($20 @ Gamestop), and just about every reload or cut screen was a "black screen" for a god 30-45seconds.....This is gonna make this a LONG game.

    Which company sent you the "Season Pass Edition" instead of the "Limited Edition"?

    As far as I know there is no "Limited Edition",
    only the "Season Pass Edition"
    shown on the official game page. Maybe the company put an incorrect store description, but sent you the correct game?

    What exactly did you expect to have in the "Limited Edition" that is not in the "Season Pass Edition"?

    I'm sorry to hear about this issue. Could you please confirm which "Vault Edition" you purchased? There are two different Vault Edition versions available in the Xbox Store: These are:

    - This Vault Edition is the complete package with a base game and other freebies.

    Then, there's Call of Duty:registered:: Black Ops 6 - Vault Edition Upgrade

    - This Vault Edition doesn't have the base game. It requires existing ownership of the digital version of the Call of Duty:registered:: Black Ops 6 - Cross-Gen Bundle on Xbox One / Xbox Series X|S (sold separately), or an active subscription to select Game Pass plans (Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Console).

    You can confirm which Vault Edition you have purchased on your Order History on this link https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

    If you have Call of Duty:registered:: Black Ops 6 - Vault Edition Upgrade, you will need to purchase the base game or own Xbox Game Pass Ultiamte or Standard Xbox Game Pass for you to play it.
