good morning , sorry i have a issue with my xbox one, a digital game in particular , my south park the fractured but whole doesn't start not even since at xbox main menu, this is the account that i purchase this game, so i'm connected on xbox live too, i
don't know what is the problem with it

Try open It over and over again 'till It open, try to open in with your console in offline modelo If it's your home console

 

you can Redownload the Game and Your profile on your Dashboard

 

Force It to open by opening the game several times

 

Firs try Power Cycle your console. Turn off. Unplug from wall all cables, wait 2-5 minutes then plug cables back and turn console on.

 

Hi. Please press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. Turn the console on and try again.

If that didn't work please navigate to the game under my games and apps and press the menu button and scroll down to saved data and select to delete all locally saved data. Your saved data will sync from the cloud once you open the game again
