Issue signing on to Xbox live on Xbox One - Error (0x87DD0006

Been trying to sign on for the last hour on my xbox one to xbox live. I’ve restarted my console, router, tested all connections and only receive the following error posted above. Whats going on? I just bought another 12 month gold membership last night to
play Gears of War 5 and now I can’t. There hasnt been any update from microsoft since early this afternoon. We are all in the dark and pay a lot for your services.

How are we going to be compensated, this is extremely frustrating.

my xbox one is displaying error code with Sign in: 0x87dd0006

I checked my net and fixed any issues with that and it still wont log me in

Based on the site for Error Codes, I'd say yes.

Error 87DD0006 occurs when you try to sign in to Xbox Live on Xbox One

You see the following error code when you try to sign in to Xbox Live on an Xbox One console:

87DD0006

This may mean that there was a service outage just before you tried to sign in.

It doesn't seem to be a xbox live issue for me. Literally in the next room I can turn on xbox one and sign in, no problem. Play games get online whatever I need to do. I turn off this console which signs me out, go into the other room turn on my brand
new xbox one S and try to sign in. It asks for my Microsoft password. No problem. Then error code 0x87DD0006...
