Issue signing into the Cloud today

Discus and support Issue signing into the Cloud today in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i'm not sure what's going on.     Issue signing into the Cloud today


    i'm not sure what's going on. I tried to play fallout New Vegas today and I couldn't sign into the Cloud with my account, the signing in screen just keeps spinning. Same thing for other 360 games but xbox one games are fine. Just constant spinning and it
    makes me think it's trying but after 20 minutes of sitting here with this I just can't take it anymore. Why am I not allowed to just save game data from older games to the console itself? it's a big enough internal drive that you can just dedicate a gig or
    2 to the memory itself.

    Still can't connect after the update.

    Hello - The issue from earlier today should be resolved. Can you confirm if you are still having issues signing into LIVE?

    Sign in VERY slow and Xbox console freezes

    Cloud,

    What I notice now is it is signing in much faster but I won't be able to confirm the freeze ups until a few days. I am thinking that the freeze ups are related to this issue.

    So far, the signins are where they should be speed wise. It is possible that the delay in sign in was related to the glitch that occurred today (it got worse today).

    1. Are you able to play cloud gaming using other devices like PC?

    2. Do you have the needed subscription like Xbox Game Pass Ultimate tied up with your account to play cloud gaming?
