    Hi all!

    Im having an issue regarding reinstalling my profile onto my original Xbox 360 arcade. I recently got pressed to update my security for the profile and couldnt play splitscreen as a result. Once i updated it online (because my Xbox froze every time it got
    past the inputting account email and password) I couldnt get the Xbox to realise I'd already updated the security. The only solution seemed to be to delete my profile only and redownload it. I have tried several times to do this now, and it downloads a small
    portion of the download bar, gets to "Downloading your game info" for ages then just errors and my profile is still no where to be seen. I've even deleted the system cache from my external hard drive and system storage and theres no improvement. Im really
    worried ive just lost 6 years of memories and games for a silly security issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated and any info can be given to help.

    Bought a new xbox....

    Just download your profile and all your digital games will automatically populate and start to download. All of your hard disk games though will have to be reinstalled using disks I believe. My wife and I both had the same issue.

    Try clearing the saves and cache, then remove and reinstall your Xbox 360 profile.

    I have the same issue. Dont clear 360 local sace data you will lose your profile and wont be able to reinstal it

    Hi Gamer,

    The
    error code     you are referencing is for not able to connect to live. It is possible that the 360 emulator is having difficulties. Have you tried to uninstall and

    reinstall the profile     from the Xbox one? If you still have issues you may need to find an Xbox 360 to download the profile on. Sounds like it is reading it on the emulator as an offline profile.

    My Xbox 360 is giving me a status code 80780193 this is not recognized by any thing and dose not include any letters it won’t let me access Netflix

    I have the same code and can not access any apps on my xbox 360. I have had this issue before. I was also told to delete, download, and reinstall my live profile. It didn't fix the problem.

    Hey, guys! Sorry to see this odd issue. Have you both tried to delete and reinstall all of the content from the World of Tanks folder on your Xbox 360? I also suggest

    removing and redownloading your profile    . That generally fixes the random disconnects on launching the game. Give those a shot and let us know if that helps you out! :)
