Issue regarding downloading minecraft

I have an issue when I download minecraft java edition. I already bought minecraft, and I migrated accounts a while ago. I tried to download minecraft and I have the minecraft installer downloaded already. The problem is, when I click that minecraft installer, it gives me the following error:

"Minecraft Launcher is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"

I don't really know what this means, because I am signed into the microsoft store, but it still keeps giving me this error. Any tips?

JackLangMC, try to first uninstall Minecraft Launcher.

Then, log out from your account on both Xbox app and Microsoft store, then, log back into your account on Microsoft store, look for Minecraft there and try to download it again.

I assume you mean uninstall from the Microsoft Store, which I don't really know how to do, there isn't like a clear button or anything that says uninstall. There also isn't a triple dot dropdown menu either, so how exactly do I uninstall the minecraft launcher?

You can uninstall it via your windows Settings > Applications > Look for Minecraft Launcher there > Delete (uninstall).

Well my changed password doesn't work on the official launcher either. Plus if I can't login into the Curseforge launcher than I don't wanna play minecraft anymore it is the only launcher that gives me access to playing with friends using mods without paying for crappy server service from MCProhosting and semi-bad service from Apex.
