issue redeeming codes on the xbox one

I have tried putting the titanfall beta code in and also prepaid xboxlive trial QR codes and i always receive the Something went wrong. "Sorry about that. Give it a try in a while." however it still hasnt worked since day one for me. Fix this problem now.

How do you access your free copy of Madden in the bundle?

Purchased the Xbox One Madden bundle. Great value...assuming I can find Madden. Redeemed the code. The Xbox gave me a message that I redeemed the Xbox One bundle. There is no place to download the game for free. Didn't automatically queue up. Still asks me to pay for it when I go to the game in the store. Anyone else have this issue?

That is strange. How is your NAT under network ? Open/moderate/Strict? Might not have anything to do with it, but worth a look. Good luck.

I have an Open NAT so i don't think it it is the issue.

The Titanfall beta is over, the code will no longer work. Also, it was opened up to the public last weekend, you no longer needed to use a code to get into it.

The fact is no codes work on my xbox. The beta ending has nothing to do with the problem.

I was given a code for Titanfall by customer support because I had 2 consoles in a row develop problems. I have the same error when I enter the key. I suspect it is because I have 1.00 in my Microsoft account from my 360 that was converted from MS Points.
Ever since then purchases on xblive have been troublesome, and has been outright broken on xboxone. Not sure how the latest update addressed those issues, but I'm still not able to redeem my XboxOne download code. I get the error on XboxOne as well as redeeming
from the website.

Hi. What are you trying to redeem? Some redeem codes are region locked meaning that they can only be redeemed in that specific country. So if you were given a redeem code for the US Xbox One, then the redeem code will not work for your version of Xbox
One. Could that be the issue?
