    Issue Redeeming 3 Month Xbox Live Gold Code


    Hello,

    For the last few days I've been trying to input my 3 month xbox live gold code and I keep getting an error code, unfortunately have not written it down this time. I contacted Xbox support the other day and apparently there have been issues with redeeming
    codes with people. The code is clearly okay, it just keep saying try again later, and now its been two days. Please help me as soon as possible.

    Did you purchase Xbox Live Gold through the Minecraft + Gold page through the Xbox One dashboard, or did you purchase a 3 Month Xbox Live Gold pre-paid code and redeem it? If you redeemed and Xbox Live Gold code, unfortunately you will not qualify for this
    promotion. To qualify for this promotion, 3 Months or 12 Months of Xbox Live Gold must be purchased through the Minecraft + Gold promotion page directly through the Xbox One console with a credit card on file.

    Friend with past due Logging into my xbox.

    If you currently have Game Pass Ultimate and attempt to redeem a 12 month Xbox Live Gold code, it will convert to a 3 or 4 month Ultimate subscription. If you want to continue with just Gold for 12 months and not Ultimate, you would have to wait for the
    Ultimate to expire before redeeming the regular Gold code.

    If you don't currently have Ultimate, then you should have no problem redeeming the 12 months of Gold.

    I just bought and redeemed my prepaid that I bought from my local Target store,still have the receipt for said card

    my three months originally ended on the 7th of this month but I redeemed my 3 month gold for live on the 1/3/2014 an inputted the code to renew my xbox live...and it said the code went through but now I am without gold an hour early before midnight .
