    Issue Purchasing


    So I bought borderlands on my xbox one with games with gold, went to my friends house and downloaded it on his xbox. He also has xbox live and went to purchase it and the screen just goes white and will not let him download or buy it. Is this because I
    already downloaded it onto his xbox on my account? Also he is not able to play it getting a message saying he needs to purchase it, but it won't let him purchase it on the games with gold?

    purchasing issue

    I am trying to buy the Fifa 15 holiday bundle for xbox 1 with store credit. It keeps on saying that I am blocked from purchases of free or paid content. It then says in the help to go to settings>privacy and online safety. Once I go to this it says your
    privacy settings are in effect, but can't be changed until we connect to the service. I am connected to Live just to throw out that possible problem. Please Help!

    Issue purchasing

    When I try to purchase the game it redirects me to the UK store and says 'You have no valid payment options on file' and when I try to update them I cant put my country(Ireland) in. I've tried to buy on the console itself as well and then same thing keeps
    happening. Any help would be appreciated.

    If he uses his account on an Xbox 360, or signs into
    https://marketplace.xbox.com    , and "purchases" Borderlands for free on either platform, this action will add the game to his games library and he will be able to play on Xbox One.

    We tried this and a white loading screen appeared and never went away so we could not purchase it!

    Happy Wars is a free to play game it doesn't have a "trial" it's just the full game that's available for free.... Don't know what issue you're experiencing but it's not related to this thread
    so please make your own thread in regards to your specific issue.

    Hi I was skimming through my games market place on friday night and decided to try the trial for Happy Wars so i'd clicked on "Get trial now" and downloaded it. Then as i was playing it an achievement popped up and thought hang on something is not right
    here so I checked my last purches online and noted that it took my MS Points just for selecting Get trial now. Now at the time its was the only opition avilable they was no see full game or unlock full game just Get trial now which think is either a con or
    an error on thier part. If any one has had this or encounted this problem before and/or know to solve it please let me know.

    You can try contacting phone support, but they are limited to what they can do for FIFA points when they have absolutely no control over the points they add from EA's points system.
