    Xbox live Purchasing issue

    So i just got my xbox one about a month ago and decided to try the one month trial, as you can see one month has passed and I can no longer use Xbox Live, so i resorted to purchasing one, i have a gift card with only $15.00 in it, so the one month of xbox
    live is the only one i can buy, however every time i try to buy it, it says "Sorry, that's as many as you can have. Only a limited number of these are allowed on any account." This is getting extremely annoying considering the fact the xbox one is very limited
    without xbox live.

    Xbox live Purchasing issue

    Hi there, as I understand MS currency cannot be used to purchase Xbox Live Gold subscriptions, it doesn't fully say it at this link, but it does say that it can be used to purchase 'Xbox Live content such as games and app content'

    support.xbox.com/.../types-of-prepaid-codes

    Though, do you already have a current subscription because I think you can only stack a certain number on top of each other, check the following to see your current subs:

    first do not post reference numbers or personal info nobody on the forums can use those reference numbers they are ONLY for phone and I THINK chat based support. if your having a problem redeeming live first step to helping is you posting any error codes

    Gold can only be purchased via credit card/paypal or by purchasing a prepaid gold card from a retailer. It is not possible to purchase gold using the currency on your account.
