Discus and support Issue purchasing free game (Warframe) in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Warframe just came out on the Xbox One store. I went go to download it, but I was met with a notification asking for a credit card. The game says "Get...     Issue purchasing free game (Warframe)


    Warframe just came out on the Xbox One store. I went go to download it, but I was met with a notification asking for a credit card. The game says "Get if FREE", so I am confused as to why I need a credit card? I asked my friend, and he said that he doesn't
    have a credit card tied to his account, and never needed one to download Warframe, so am I getting this issue? Any help would be much appreciated!

    NOTE: I tried downloading from both xbox.com, and the Xbox One store. Both asked me for a credit card.

    Didn't get FREEdom Rewards points

    I purchased the "Fire & Ice Prime Vault" add-on for Warframe on 12/26/2016. However, I have not received the 2,000 FREEdom Rewards points (Free Pass category) that I was supposed to get for purchasing an add-on for a Free to Play game.
