    Issue Playing Digital Game


    I bought Forza Horizion off of the Xbox market place and when I go to play it, it is telling me that it cannot read the disc. Considering I bought the game in digital form I am confused why it would say this.

    I'd really like to get this resolved.

    Best is to contact official support during their opening hours.

    They can tell you what is going on.

    Definitely make sure you are logged in with the account that originally made the purchase. If you still are unable to download the content then you'll need to call phone support for more help with this billing issue Customer Support

    Try these steps

    1. Delete the game

    2. Clear the cache

    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    3. Restart the console

    4. Redownload the game from the game history - System>Accounts>Download History

    See if that solves the issue.

    Also there is a fairly well known issue with this particular game that it has issues running on consoles that it was not initially purchased on. If you bought it on one console, then downloaded to another it will give that error on the second console when
    you try to run the game. This has been a known issue for about a year now and there still is no fix.

    I would like to clarify, is this happening with multiple/all games or just for a specific game? Because you seem to have performed all the necessary steps which means that we need to investigate first what really is the issue. If its the game or the console.
