[issue] Outer Worlds listed as windows 10 exclusive, is not windows 10 exclusive except on...

I've not upgraded, this is exclusively a Windows 10 problem.

• Game freezes or stops responding on a Windows 10 device
• Troubleshoot gameplay issues on Windows 10
  
• Game crashes due to antivirus scanning on Windows 10

Sell it fast!!! Nobody else should be able to play those xbox exclusives, especially windows 10 users!!! /s FYI- nearly every sony exclusive goes to PC as well, why does that frighten people?
