    Issue opening settings and browse games


    I can hear that settings or browse games or most other apps have been selected but nothing happens. I can't open settings I can't even open the game browser section of the game store. In fact I can't even buy anything from the store as it does nothing when
    I select it. Please help as this is more than frustrating.

    What Country/State/Province do you live in? United States, Pennsylvania

    Modem brand & model number: Motorola SBG900 Wireless SURFboard Gateway

    Network Connection Type: Wireless

    If Wireless, what type of encryption are you using? WEP

    Things you have tried:I've tried opening my ports numerous times.

    Is UPnP Enabled? Unknown

    Is NAT Type Open? It was but it keeps changing back to moderate or strict

    Any Error Codes you encounter:

    What type of internet do you have? Cable

    Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Time Warner Road Runner

    When you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" what is the exact message shown on screen? That my NAT settings are set to moderate

    I am using the Xbox 360S internal adapter.

    Alright so I bought my 360 back in February and I bought a year of Xbox LIVE gold. I had to open up my ports to connect to parties and such but it wasn't a big deal really. Well, since then I've had to open my ports 6 times. I don't know why it isn't "sticking"
    but it's driving me absolutely daft. It seems to pick the worst possible moments to mess up. Could someone tell me how to keep my damn ports open??? I've had a few game systems connect via wifi in my house and this is the first time I've ever had problems.

    Lag on a specific game Generation zero

    Try this to see if the issue persist:

    Go to Windows settings > system > display > graphics

    Once there under "Add an app" make sure that "Microsoft Store app" is selected

    Then click on Browse > search the game and add it

    After that click on it once added to the list > options > high performance

    Then save the changes, open the game and check if the issue persist

    If yes, and if you maybe have the game installed on a different drive than C: move the game to the C: drive and try again

    New Edge crashes continually

    Lucky you I say that because i have a lot of issues

    1. If I open up more then 1 tab it will do two things freeze and close down or it will turn my xbox one X off

    2. Sometimes it won't open up websites including xbox.com

    3. It will open up random websites

    4. The mouse pointer on screen always snaps to address bar making it difficulty to use

    5. I can't open up my router anymore

    6. In private browsing on works 50% and if you try to close it down by clicking on the 3 dots in the top right of asks you do want to open up in private browsing while your private browsing

    So far that are the issues I have with edge
