    Hello,

    my account is on Xbox Live (you probably know it Issue on Xbox One account with 360 games :).

    When I purchase free 360 games with my gold account, it says that my "purchasing information" are not fully provided.

    However, I have done all my duty and I still get this error.

    What is really wierd is that Microsoft is talking about a French and Swiss Adresse when I live only in Switzerland...

    Anyway, can someone help me to resolve this issue please ?

    Hello Adreto,

    Sorry to hear about issue with the subscription. Make sure the home console is set to the one with the Xbox live subscription, then try an Xbox one game with the other account. If it works on an Xbox one game (ie: Fortnite) then try the 360 game. It could
    be the account is registering as a 360 offline account.

    Can you make a guest account to play portal 2 local coop?

    I think this is more a question of “how do I make a guest account on 360 backwards compatible games” since I have this issue with all my 360 games on xbox one so is there a way to add guest accounts on 360 games when playing on xbox one? because from my experience it’s not as easy as adding a guest account on xbox one

    Are you having issues with both the Xbox One games and 360 games? Are you on a child account?

    The only solution to this issue I have seen is to sign online with your account in an xbox 360 (any xbox 360 will do)

    After that you will not have issues with purchasing xbox 360 bc games from xbox one

    The issue is that you are doing it on a child accoujt

    Have a parental account or use a xbox 360

    Child accounts cannot make purchases of m rated games without parental permissions on a consoke

    And the xbox one parental settings aren't compatible with xbox 360 as there is no unrestricted settings that's why it cannot be made on the xbox one on child accounts

    So the xbox one uses the Web interface not the 360
