Issue on purchasing x360 game from site.

I`m trying to purchase a x360 game (month games with gold) , but I got the follow message: Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again.

Last month it has already happened. What I could do to solve this problem ?

Buying games from other countries

I will suggest to buy games on verified sites, cause it happened that some had troubles on purchasing from very strange sites!

Getting Xbox 360 gold games on Xbox one

I, too, have had issues purchasing games with gold on xbox.com. However, I have had no problem acquiring the games on my X360 and XONE. I have already downloaded Dirt3 (and minimally played it) on my X360. I will test tonight to see if I can access it
on my XONE. I think the answer to your question is:

1. Download the "Free Games for Gold" on your X360.

2. Then, download the game on your XONE.

The first thing to try, if you can, is to make the purchase on an actual Xbox 360 console and see if that helps.

But usually, this error code is to do with regions. Essentially all your information (your Xbox Live region, your billing information and physical location) all need to match, or else errors will be thrown up when you try to buy certain Xbox 360 games.

So, check this link here to see your Xbox Live region:
live.xbox.com/.../BillingAccountInformation

That region needs to match your physical location, and it also needs to match your billing information, which you can find here:
https://account.microsoft.com

If any of them don't match, correct them so that they do. Your billing information is easy to change and can be done on the page.

However, if your Xbox Live region does not match where you're physically located, that means you would need to migrate your account to the correct region, which is a longer process and details for which you can find here:

support.xbox.com/.../change-region (Make sure to read the consequences of an account migration, as regards account currency and so on, before going through the process.)

If you are inside the backward-compatible menu (X360 interface from X1) you can purchase additinal contents for X360. You cannot purchase them directly from dashboard of X1, but you can only buy backward-compatible games.

It's been known to pull the plug from the X360 power supply to the X360. Leave it for 30 secs then it should be back. (It has fixed this issue alot for other X360 S.)

Why not just keep your X360? I purchase most games from on demand so I'll be keeping mine as most of my games are on the hard drive
