Issue License Transfer from an old account

Hello. I have a bunch of rockband DLC songs I downloaded back in 2008 on a gamertag I can't remember for the life of me. I had had my 360 console replaced once and now I can't transfer the license for those songs to the new gamertag/account I made because
I forgot the info from my old account (It's not tied to any of the email addresses I have or remember).

It's annoying to see all those songs on my hardrive an not being able to play them due to this issue. Is there a way to transfer those licenses on Microsoft's end to my new profile/xbox 360? Alternatively Is there a way to reverse lookup my newer 360 device
to find my old 360 and the gamertag/account info on that and I can try logging in using that info.

I pretty much use my 360 at this point to play rockband, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Problems transferring my Xbox live items to new account!

The license transfer tool transfers the licenses of your content from your old console to your new console. Like AdyCarter said, it does not transfer content between accounts.

Nothing can be transferred between accounts. You can try contacting support to see if they can get you the login information for the original account, but that's about it. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

You cannot transfer licenses between accounts. If you're previous account has been banned, then all licenses are forfeit. The license migration tool can only be used to transfer licenses from 1 console to another (generally, it is used whenever you get a
new console and will no longer be using the old one).

Sounds like a license issue, you will need to log into your old account and do a license transfer, then redownload all your content from the account's download history (Settings - account - download history) . Once that's done you should be able to use
your borderlands 2 dlc.
