    Issue Installing Apps?!


    I've tried installing HBO Go and Netflix and they will not start to install. They say "Get it FREE" when I go to click on it while others say "Install". I also installed Skype with no problem after trying these and having them not work. I have tried restarting
    the Xbox One as well as disconnecting and reconnecting to the internet. When I go to download it all I get is a black screen and a the white rotating circle, but leaving it alone for up to 15 minutes and nothing changes and it does not say it is installing.
    Any ideas?

    Hello there!



    Try
    clearing your system cache    , 3 times exactly! And then re-start your console. Also, try going to the storage section of the dashboard and then press LB, RB, X, LB, RB, X

    It will then ask you if you want to delete the system update. Select Yes and it will delete then re-download the system update.

    If that doesn't work have a look at
    Mister Gwyther's solution page    ! And see if that helps resolve your issue.

    The new error code means you could have a corrupted profile. Go to your HD and delete any profile that shows up with a yellow exclamation mark, then re-download the profile.

    Still isnt working for me. Made sure my billing info and microsoft account where matching. I did get a strange message when I added the account back to the Xbox. "Try again later, there may be an outage in our services (0x80a4001e)". All services are green
    according to microsoft.

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your console to allow you to access the store. I can totally understand how this could be somewhat perplexing. I suggest getting in touch with
    customer support and having an agent look into what could be causing this issue directly.

    When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know how that helped.

    I'm still having this issue. App works fine on a fresh install of windows 10, however as soon as I update the app crashes immediately when I try to open it.

    Installing the beta app does nothing to remedy the issue.
