    Issue downloading profile to Xbox 360 - error 80151103


    I’ve got an issue with logging into my microsoft account on my Xbox 360 where I log in and it says “Sorry, there’s a problem with the credentials that you’re using to sign in. Go to https://account.live.com to fix the problem. 80151103”.
    First of all I tried changing my password, which has worked in the past, but that didn’t work. Then I tried deleting my profile, clearing my storage’s cache and re-downloading the profile but, when I try to download my profile, it seems to log me on as it allows me to pick where I want the profile downloading to then when it gets part way through downloading it gives me the same error message as before.
    After reading a suggestion online I turned on 2-step verification and tried logging in with an app password and the same thing happens where it asks me where to save the profile and then I get the same error message. I also tried saving my profile to a USB stick rather than my hard drive but, again, it gives the same error message. Also when I check my microsoft account activity it says that the sign-ins on my xbox have been successful. I'm literally at my wit's end with this and would appreciate any suggestions!

    Are you sure the error code is 81051103? That number seems to not represent an error. Do you mean 80151103? If so, that error code signifies a problem downloading your Xbox Live profile when you sign in. You can read up more on the issue by clicking the
    link below. Possible solutions include resetting your password or re-downloading your profile then trying to sign in again.

    did Microsoft discontinue downloading profiles on the xbox 360?
