Issue downloading Battlefield One

Hello,

i bought Battlefield 1 via Xbox Live Store 2 hours ago. But the download is stuck at 12kb. I cleared the cache, restarted the download, the xbox, my router, my modem, everything. I am stuck with this, and i am not actually happy about it. Anyone knows something
about it? I tried to download other things - also stuck at 12kb. I am part of the Xbox Preview Program if that is important.

Do I need to leave game disk in while downloading DLC?

I am currently downloading a whole bunch of DLC for Battlefield 4 on Xbox One. Do I need to leave the Battlefield 4 game disk in, or can I play a different game without interrupting the BF4 downloading?

Same issue here with Battlefield 4. Mine Downloaded 25 GB out of 38 GB

Ok perhaps the issue is because Battlefield 4 was already installed on the console before you downloaded it from EA Access. Try deleting Battlefield 4 and then redownload it from EA Access (not the disc) to see if that works for you.

Lately I haven't had any issues the last thing I downloaded was the Battlefield 3 Beta and that downloaded just fine. I'm using a Mastercard and it is up to date.
