Issue about Dragon Age Inquisition Deluxe Edition India Store

I pre-ordered Dragon Age Inquisiton on the India Store but I just saw that the game is banned in this country... but when I download it from my store( France) It asks me to pay!? (a game I already have! ) So I paid 2900 indian rupees for a game I can't play!!!

Microsoft you stole me! So can we find a solution?

Impossible to play at Dragon Age Inquisition !!

Hi,

I have bought dragon age inquisition deluxe edition one month ago. I have downloaded the game and the package with deluxe content adds.

But when i want to launch the game, i am redirected to the marcket at the page of Dragon age basic edition. (that i have not bought of course)...

refund not initiated and the game was bannad

bought dragon age Inquisition from Xbox store now that game is banned in India and i m unable to play. and i didn't got any refund from Microsoft..

I still have a problem for refund. About three weeks later I had Xbox support on chat and they said I will have my money back, still no money... Can you explain me???

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to this inquiry with Dragon Age Inquisition, what version were you looking at in the store? When the game is searched in the store there are multiple versions for the game. There's the
Deluxe edition of the game which is on sale right now for 17.99 USD
and then there's the game of the year edition of the game
which is also on sale right now for 35.99 USD. There isn't an edition of the game, however, in the store that reflects the price you are mentioning.

If you can please reply back letting us know Which version you are asking about so that we can properly assist you with this issue. Thank you again for posting on Xbox Forums.

Bought the digital download of Dragon Age: Inquisition: Deluxe Edition because I was able to get it for $8 cheaper than buying through gamestop due to EA Access. I will be picking up GTA V along with my Collector's Edition Strategy Guide for Dragon Age.
I am good until the release of Project Cars and Batman Arkham Knight.
