Issue about Battlefield：Bad Company 2

I started to play Battlefield：Bad Company 2 on Xbox One few days ago.

Today when I finished the mission "No One Gets Left Behind", it supposed to enter the next mission named "Zero Dark Thirty".

But the screen is being black since the console finish loading the map of the mission
"Zero Dark Thirty".

Then all I can do is press the home button to get to the home menu because there was no reaction when I press the other buttons in the black screen.

Dose any one know the solution of this issue? I really want to finish this game...

You may need to uninstall the game or check for updates under the manage games and apps section.

If it's disc, it could be damaged.

They must be working on the servers for Battlefield Bad Company 2 because I can play fine on Battlefield: Bad Company. I don't know. Is there any official message from EA about this server issue ?

I assume you mean Battlefield Bad Company 2? There shouldn't be any problem with Battlefield. You can send your issue over to my friends at Answer HQ and they might have a solution.

Which game is the OP talking about? Battlefield 2, Battlefield 2 Modern Combat, or Battlefield Bad Company 2?

What about Bad Company/2? They were great.

To be fair about BF4, we know nothing about the multiplayer.
