I have not received credits for pre-purchase of nba 2k17.

Did not receive my Bonus Content for NBA2K17 Legend Edition Gold

I'm having the same problem. Why search 2k16 if it's 2k17 though?

These credits come included automatically in-game. Is there a chance those credits were already used? I recommend checking

NBA 2K17's Manage game screen to see if there is any pending downloads that would include those credits and install from there.

I dont see any downloads. Also on 2k17 my player keeps losing rep.

Thank you for your patience! Since these credits would have been delivered in-game at the launch of the game, which was roughly 5 months ago, the best next step to take will be to reach out to
2K Games Support for further assistance. With 3rd party titles such as this where the currency would have been included at launch, contacting the publisher of the game will be the next
best step.

Unfortunately 2k pulled the licensing for 2k15, 2k16, and i believe 2k17 has well. When they did that, i stopped doing digital. I also lost out on the dlc for 2k16 .
