ISigning in to be met by a white screen

Hey all

haven't been on my xbox for a while downloaded the latest update and then have signed in to be Met by a white box.

have had a look online to only find someone on youtive but no Fix.

Unravel not starting

Just downloaded 'Unravel' by Coldwood Interactive and hit a slight problem - it doesn't actually start - instead there is a spash screen, then a black screen with flashing white white dot in the lower right hand of the screen and then after a short
while I'm returned to the xbox home screen. Has anyone else experienced the same / is there a fix?

 

White Screen

Today keep on getting the white screen when selecting a game on the daily challenges, and also get it on mah-jong which has been happening for the past two days. All other games (Jigsaw; Minesweeper and Sudoku) are fine. I also get the white screen when
trying to play the 'Solitaire World Tour Event' today.

But to add can sign in offline and just tried wireless and wired to be met by a white screen after having a spinning circle in the middle.

Sorry to hear about the blank screen issue. Sounds like it could be something related to the video on the console or the HDMI cable. Please take a look at this guide for "Black Screen" and see if it helps. It may seem like a different issue, but the same
