Исчезли награды в forza horizon 5

Недавно была ошибка "We detected a crash the last time this Forza Horizon profile was loaded. Would you like to attempt to load a backup instead?" в игре из-за чего пришлось загружать резервное сохранение. После загрузки я забрал в центре сообщений некоторые подарки: машины, супервилспины и пропуск за кулисы. Дальше, когда я перезапустил игру вылезла опять эта ошибка и я снова загрузил то же сохранение, где у меня уже не было наград которые я забирал ранее. Сегодня же эту ошибку пофиксили в обновлении, но у меня так и не появились машины, вилспины и пропуски за кулисы. Можно ли получить награды которые я забирал ранее?

Артём, I regret what happened with your saved data in the game, although I fear that from Microsoft's side it is impossible to recover them. Therefore, the only opportunity to recover all your progress and items in the game is directly with Forza support, as they are the ones who manage everything that has happened in your game and not Microsoft.

There is an issue with the Forza Horizon 4 servers which is being investigated. Might be worth keeping an eye on the Forza Support feed on Twitter for any updates
