Is your Mass Effect also in French? Microsoft refuses to take responsability for selling...

A while back I bought Mass Effect 1, Mass Effect 2, and Mass Effect 3 all at the same time. I played through the first and second games and was stoke about the 3rd game. To my surprise, the Mass Effect 3 version is in French, and it is hard coded to French
so it is stuck there forever. I BOUGHT THIS GAME ON A VANCOUVER, CANADA SERVER.

After discovering the games language issues I was so irritated that I deleted the game. Then after awhile of stewing, I decided that I wanted either my money back or the correct game. I contacted Microsoft through its stupid and untruthful system of call
back, which by the way is not cool at all. Microsoft should not have the power to sluf paying customers off and only reply to them with repeated automated email messages basically telling customers to piss off, we don't care or want to help fix your problem;
and NO you can not speak to a human or get your game fixed.

So, just how do I get an English version of Mass Effect 3 microsoft? And I say microsoft with a small M because it does not deserve a proper name.

MICROSOFT RIPPED ME AND MANY OTHER MASS EFFECT LOVERS OFF AND REFUSES TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE SERIOUSLY.
