Is Xbox Stereo Headset come with 3 months warranty

Hello,

I bought a Xbox Stereo Headset on amazon, and now it's stop working after 3 months.

I tried register device on Microsoft account and saw that warranty is expired on 10 Jan 2023 (I bought it on Oct 2022). I contacted with the sale agent and he said that should be 1 year warranty.

So, how is it possible? Does anyone has similar problem?

I think the option to repair controllers is now only available if the controller is still under warranty apart from that you will most likely need to purchase a replacement.

Alternately you may be able to purchase the
stereo headset adapter,
stereo headset (that I think comes with the adapter) or
chatpad that should allow you to connect your headset to it.

tried upgrading to a xbox stereo headset

broke after a couple months- sound only comes through 1 ear- mic works fine

they won't provide warranty unless you keep your receipt despite I have even purchased Microsoft complete

4th Microsoft headset to fail on me

Your English is far better then my French.... When you say "3 weeks ago i bought a headset for xbox one", do you mean an "Xbox One Stereo Headset" ? Here
in the states, most store will let you return a defective item if it has been less than 30 days from the date of purchase. However, it's my understanding that Xbox accessories like the headset are

warranty for 90 days via Microsoft. But, may I suggest double-checking the headset with the steps outlined in "Set up and troubleshoot your Xbox
One Stereo Headset", before you elect to send in your headset for "Device repair" or replacement.

I have 3 Xbox Ones and tried all 3 on all three Xboxes.
