    I've sent in my xbox one to be repaired because it wasn't doing the system update it needed to run, that was almost 4 months ago, I've contacted support on multiple occasions and they've told me the same blah blah each time, i feel like i'm talking to a
    bot, because they reply telling me the same thing the last person said...help!

    Xbox support is a Lie.

    ..So your xbox freezes when you start up Minecraft? (Just trying to figure out why it's you posted this in the Minecraft section).

    Have you tried deleting it and/or clearing your cache, then redownloading it?

    They aren't bots, however, they do copy and paste generic answers/questions to save time.

    Xbox support DOES not help.

    there is not one option to email/ message an agent.

    If you don't know the bot you are on then please message one of the support agents on the forums by clicking the little envelope under one of their forum posts or tweet at @XBOXSupport and they will be able to assist you with finding out which bot to add.

    The Ambassador bot appears offline from time to time to update things here and there, it should come back online momentarily.
