is xbox one better or is ps4 better

they both have there negatives and positives, neither one or the other is better than each other so it is all down to personal preference.

If you have already decided to buy a Xbox One then how is better "Graphics" relevant ?

Some will be better on X1 some will be better on PS4.

On paper the PS4 has more raw power. But that's not just on raw power specs but also not accounting the rest of Xbox One's innards nor bottlenecks. PS3 was meant to be so much better on paper than the 360 yet 99% of multiplat games look so much worse on
it. All this means we will all know when the games are out which will also not represent the following years either. It's really not as simple

Ps4 is 38% more powerful in terms of the GPU. I'm all for Xbox and stuff but the Ps4 definately has a graphical advantage in terms of raw power.
