Is XBOX LIVE working in the SOUTHEAST REGION? Its telling me I need to update my account but ...

Before this the Xbox should not load because you was on a none supported region and currently for it to work needs to be trough the insider preview, so if it's not loading it's related to the insider situation

I have tried the case :"Please uninstall the XBOX App, unregister from Insider, restarts PC, re-register to Insider and the Preview for Southeast asia, Redownload the XBOx App. And try again."

the issue *drum rolls* is that you are using a VPN not a legal method nor is it supported

in order to have the best experiencewith live your account region and actual region must match

if you do not live in an xbox live region you cannot get the region locked content

That doesn’t work. I tried the code on the xbox first. I was then prompted with a message telling to check the instructions that came with the code, and that i may need to put it in on the website. The card that the code came with says to redeem it at
microsoft.com/redeem. So I tried that and was prompted with a message saying I need to put the code in on the Xbox. Its just a loop with the xbox telling me to put the code in on the site and the site telling me to put it in on the xbox. I checked to make
sure my account was in the correct region, and it is(U.S.)

I am having the same problem. I am at Brazil and my account its from Brazil. Please help.

You need to change your region so that Xbox Live works. You have to go to your microsoft account and go into the settings to change your region and then remove and then add your account to your console. Check the list of regions where xbox live works and select a region that is part of this list.
