Is Xbox live still supported on Xbox 360?

Xbox Live for 360 is still active and supported.

As far as I know there is no end date at the moment.

Keep in mind that the Xbox 360 backward compatible titles on the Xbox One run via the Xbox 360 Live network, so I doubt it will change anytime soon.

They say it's still supported, but I doubt that's true. None of my apps work, can't stream anything or play a game without being signed out of xbox live every 2-3 minutes. The Xbox 360 is clearly too old to run the current programs and apps. Just like
an old cell phone, tablet or laptop that can't keep up. It's a paperweight now. ...I'd upgrade to a new system. Although, the xbox one isn't much better. It has tons of bugs and problems, but at least I can watch Netflix and Amazon on my One. I'd recommend
a PlayStation. Sony has better exclusive games anyway.

The 360 still uses Xbox Live services and check your internet connection through settings then system setting and network setting from there go to Test Xbox Live Connection to verify if the network connectivity is working properly.

So when I try to sign in to my profile (Which has Xbox Live in it), I get this error code

Code: 8015D002

I technically can connect to Xbox Live but the Live Status claims a Status Problem.

I also got bizarre problems when I tried to use Internet Explorer such as:

Unable to Download Internet Explorer

I'm really confused, is my Xbox corrupted or something? I mean, I guess it's up-to-date, but is there any way to download separate update packages to a USB flash and install the update in Xbox or something?

I remember not plugging any hard drive(s) into my Xbox.
