Is Xbox live real or a scam

We suggest perhaps a reset of the console (if this is an Xbox One) since
the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a
Soft Factory Reset (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

• There is a stable network connection.
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

Wont let us remove anyone says must exit profile then it goes to storage devices i go into memory unot is says 611 mb free we have erased all we can think of but still not enough space

I guess i do not know, we go on his game system and go to his person on the game go into live and it askes us to log in so i do and it says this login is on another device i have no other devise so not sure about that then it also says there is no space
whatever that means i have never plsyed a vidio game in my life so i am lost and my son is 11 and lost also im thinking its a big scam taking my money for nothing we can use

Can you be more specific by what you mean when you say 'will not work'? Can you not log in? Or if you can log in, is some specific feature not working? More details would be helpful.

Try and do a hard reset/power cycle on your console.
