Is Xbox Live or Xbox One having issues now?

My Dashboard, XB1, has missing images from the Featured, Friends, Friends Achievement Leader boards and also my internet speed test from my PC doesn't match what the xbox one is receiving. Actual speed is between 50mb-76mb DL (depending on peek or
off-peek times) but my xbox one Detailed Network Statistics is reading between 10mb-12mb. I have recently reset my BT router with the red reset button to restore it to factory settings and today have turned it off, unplugged it etc to no avail. My xbox one
has been hard shutdown/start up which hasn't solved the issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

Connection to Internet, but not LIVE!

Xbox live servers are down or having connectivity issues. No one can connect for very long at the moment - UK is reporting a lot of issues as well.

 

Is XBOX Live having issues?

Just looking for an answer to that question? Looks like alot of folks are having connections issues and I find it incredibly hard to believe that its on the customers end.

 

If you have a home hub 4 or home hub 5 there is a feature called smart setup.

If you have not run smart setup using the xbox you will find all the images missing and your

speed will be very slow and the MTU will not be the optimal value.

To run smart setup just run internet explorer on the xbox one and if asked to setup just follow the instructions.

A better way to do it is to go into the hubs settings using your PC web browser and disable smart setup. The feature is more trouble than it's worth so is better off disabled
