Is Xbox Live for Gamers or Spammers and Trollers

A sneaky thought has been creeping in my head for a while now.As we are all aware,spammers and trollers roam all the multi-player games on xbox live.There enjoyment seems to come from making others miserable.Now,I have sent countless reports with supporting
gameclips to try help stem the problem.I would rather be playing the game I paid for.Yet over and over I keep seeing the same players doing the same thing weeks,months and in one game,years.If anything it seems to me to be getting worse.Now a new trick has
emerged.Keep sending people constant abusive messages.Now we should just ignore them and block them.But lo and behold,turns out even gamers are still only human.Snap back just ONCE,WHAM,they got you.Banned from communications.Now my question is this. Are the
Spammers and Trollers more intellegent and cunning than the XBOX Enforcers..........OR do the Spammers and Trollers simply outnumber the gamers,meaning XBOX Live cannot afford to ban or suspend them.

Report Spammers?

There's no option to report spammers is there... all I see is offensive language, inappropriate content or tampering. I can't imagine Xbox Live going this long without a Report for Advertising messages or spammers. Then again I guess it doesn't directly
effect Microsoft, just us... so why bother, right Microsoft

It's nothing new.You've always risked being suspended if you respond to an offensive message with another offensive message.

The enforcement team are now finally cracking down on it.

You already know what to do,just report them & block them.No point in sending gameclips,the enforcement team don't accept them anyway.
